Apartment Station

In multi-apartment buildings with central heating systems, apartment-based independent heating control and energy measurement is a critical requirement for both building management and user comfort. Floras Engineering successfully applies Qgrupa's compact apartment stations in commercial and residential projects.

The Qgrupa apartment station contains a plate heat exchanger, calorimeter, domestic hot water preparation module, thermostatic regulator valve, filter, control valve and all connection elements in a single stainless steel cabinet. The thermal energy coming from the building central line is transferred to the apartment internal circuit through the heat exchanger; thus the central system and user circuit are completely separated, preventing possible contamination and pressure differences.

Thanks to calorimeter integration, each apartment is billed with its own actual energy consumption; shared expense distribution and unjust consumption problems disappear. In systems equipped with smart meters and remote reading modules, energy consumption can be monitored in real time and monthly reports are automatically generated.

Qgrupa stations can be easily installed in limited spaces such as behind doors or technical areas due to their small size; quick access to all components is provided through the service cover.
